Terry grew up in North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Economics. After ten years in the insurance business in North Carolina and Florida, he moved to Rochester to work as Operations Director for the Fulton County Wellness Center. Working with family members, he started two other businesses in Rochester including one in retail and one in commercial property management.
Upon arriving in Rochester, Terry became very involved with community groups and organizations and served as Chamber board president, Rotary Club president and FEDCO board president. He still serves on the Chamber board, Rotary Club and has been appointed to both the Rochester Redevelopment Commission, where he has served as president since 2011 and the Fulton County Redevelopment Commission. In addition, he serves on the Indiana Logistics Council, IU Kokomo and Ivy Tech Advisory boards and holds several other appointments and board positions focused on community and economic improvement.
He is proud to represent Fulton County as Executive Director of Fulton Economic Development Corporation and enjoys working to make Fulton County a better place for citizens and businesses alike.
Tiffany Futrell has called Rochester, Indiana her hometown since birth. She graduated with honors from Rochester High School in 2005 and received her Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a Business Minor from Indiana University of Kokomo.
Tiffany has been with FEDCO since October 2014.
Finding it important to serve her community, Tiffany currently serves as Treasurer of the Fulton County Soccer Association, Secretary/Treasurer of Fulton County Farm Bureau and is an active member of Junior Achievement of Fulton County.
In the winter, Tiffany also works at H&R Block as a tax preparer. Tiffany manages a flock of club lambs, including Natural Colored and Commercial breeds, working closely with her nephews showing in 4-H and numerous open shows throughout the summer months.
